  • Truffley espresso martini:
  • 45ml Splendid Gin
    20ml Galliano Ristretto
    30ml fresh espresso
    15ml maple syrup
    Black truffle for shaving – Tasmanian Truffles
    Dark chocolate for shaving
  • Shake all ingredients except the truffles and chocolate with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Generously shave black truffles and then a little dark chocolate on top. Serve.
